Documentation

Documentation for scans, scoring, reports, exports, rate limits, and the workflows that turn audit findings into stronger prospecting.

Platform overview

LIXA is built to take a prospect from raw website URL to a proof-backed outreach angle. The core workflow is scan, score, report, and move the result into outreach or account notes.

  • Scan: audit a live website and surface visible friction.
  • Score: judge the commercial value of the issues found.
  • Report: convert findings into clear language a prospect can understand.
  • Act: use the output in outreach, discovery, and follow-up.

Quickstart

LIXA is designed for web professionals who want a clean workflow from scan to sales conversation.

1. Create your account

Open the dashboard, register your account and confirm your email if your deployment requires it.

2. Open the Auditor

Use the auditor tab to submit a URL. LIXA checks the visible quality of the website and surfaces issues that matter in sales conversations.

3. Review the opportunity

  • Pain score and technical friction signals
  • Performance, trust and mobile issues
  • Priority hints for outreach
  • A report structure you can turn into a pitch

How LIXA works

The platform is built around four practical steps:

  • Source leads: filter the businesses most worth your time.
  • Run audits: identify website issues you can prove.
  • Generate reports: package findings into clear language.
  • Use the output: send smarter outreach and improve close rates.

Who it is for

LIXA fits agencies, solo developers, SEO consultants, CRO specialists and anyone selling website work, redesigns, speed improvements or retainer support.

Authentication

Your deployment can use the built-in auth flow in the dashboard. Session tokens are stored client-side and passed to protected platform requests.

Account actions

  • Register a new account from the auth screen
  • Sign in to access the dashboard and audit tooling
  • Sign out from the user menu inside the app shell

Running audits

An audit is the fastest way to create outreach proof. Enter a URL and LIXA evaluates visible site quality indicators.

Audit output usually includes

  • Performance and loading concerns
  • HTTPS or trust issues
  • Mobile and usability friction
  • High-priority observations worth mentioning first
Tip: audit the homepage first, then follow up with service pages or contact flows if you need more proof.

Lead database

LIXA includes a lead workflow so you can stop starting from a blank sheet. Use filters and prioritisation to focus on businesses where website issues are likely to matter commercially.

Suggested process

  • Filter by category or target market
  • Shortlist leads with weaker site quality
  • Run a fresh audit before outreach
  • Store notes and next-step actions inside your workflow

Reports

The report output is meant to bridge the gap between technical detail and business value. Keep it sharp, specific and easy to skim.

Strong reports usually contain

  • An executive summary
  • The top 3-5 issues only
  • A short explanation of impact
  • A clear next-step recommendation

Dashboard

The dashboard is the control surface for the platform. Use it to switch between audits, leads, reports and account controls.

What to expect

  • Overview cards for your activity and usage
  • Lead and audit panels designed for quick scanning
  • Protected app views that require a valid auth session

Best practices

  • Use the audit as proof, not as your entire pitch.
  • Lead with the most obvious issue first.
  • Translate technical findings into lost trust, slower load, weaker conversion or missed SEO opportunity.
  • Keep initial outreach short and tie it to a real business outcome.

Caching

Audit results are cached briefly to speed up repeat lookups and reduce unnecessary processing. A fresh scan after the cache window is ideal when preparing a live outreach sequence.

Endpoints

Your deployment may expose protected API routes behind the dashboard. Typical routes include authentication, audits, leads and account retrieval.

POST /api/register
POST /api/login
GET /api/me
POST /api/audit
GET /api/leads

Rate limits

Rate limits depend on plan and deployment rules. The default product positioning shown across the site is:

  • Free: 3 audits per day
  • Pro: 20 audits per day
  • Enterprise: higher or custom usage

FAQ

Does LIXA replace outreach?

No. It improves the quality of outreach by giving you evidence and a clearer reason to contact the business.

Can I use it for agency prospecting?

Yes. That is one of the core use cases.

Do I need technical clients to use it?

No. The strongest output is often the business framing, not the raw technical detail.
