LIXA is a website audit and lead intelligence platform built for agencies, freelancers and operators who want to identify broken websites, generate audit reports and use those findings in client outreach.
By creating an account, using the service or accessing any LIXA page, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
LIXA may scan publicly accessible website pages, generate performance and issue summaries, store audit history, and help users organise lead and outreach workflows. Results are informational and should be reviewed before being relied on for commercial, technical or legal decisions.
We may apply scan limits, usage limits, storage limits, or request limits depending on your plan. We reserve the right to slow, block or suspend abusive activity that risks service stability or third-party harm.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, fees are billed on the schedule shown at checkout unless otherwise agreed. You can cancel future renewals at any time. Unless required by law, fees already paid are not automatically refundable.
We keep data needed to run the platform, secure accounts, improve reliability and show users their audit history. Depending on how you use LIXA, this may include:
We do not claim ownership of your business data. We use service providers and infrastructure tools needed to host and operate LIXA. We may retain logs, backups and records for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling and service continuity.
We keep data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain records, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. Where possible, you may request deletion of your account data by contacting us. Some records may be retained in backups, logs or where legally required.
LIXA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect detection accuracy, or that every report will be error-free, complete or suitable for a particular sales outcome.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create operational risk, abuse system resources, or create legal or security issues for LIXA, its users or third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIXA and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the platform. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we may update the date above and publish the revised version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
